Greg Reichow

Reichow is a Partner at Eclipse and is drawn to early-stage technical teams tackling complex hardware problems. He has spent his career building and leading teams to help scale multifaceted products from initial concepts to high-volume production. Prior to Eclipse, Reichow was the executive leader of global manufacturing, factory/automation engineering, supply chain, and product excellence at Tesla. In this role, he led growth from low-volume Roadster production to fully integrated Model S and X manufacturing in a revenue run rate exceeding $8B. As the Senior Vice President of Operations at SunPower, Reichow led the growth of manufacturing operations from pilot scale to more than $2B in annual revenue. In this role, he was responsible for the rapid implementation and growth of advanced silicon, cell, and panel manufacturing operations globally. Earlier in his career, Reichow held various roles in manufacturing and quality in the semiconductor industry.
